Silo Team, operated by Stair Path AB, uses select third-party service providers (sub-processors) to help deliver our onboarding, offboarding, and training platform. These providers process limited customer data under strict privacy and security obligations.
🔐 Current Sub-processors
- Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Purpose: Cloud hosting & infrastructure
- Location: EU & UK
- Data Access: Storage and processing of application data
- OpenAI
- Purpose: Language model processing
- Location: US
- Data Access: Transient processing of user prompts (no retention)
- Stripe
- Purpose: Payment processing (for paid plans)
- Location: EU & UK
- Data Access: Billing details, customer email
✅ Our Approach to Sub-processors
- We limit data access strictly to what is necessary for their service.
- All providers are assessed for GDPR alignment, data security, and reliability.
- Transfers outside the EU (e.g., OpenAI in the US) are safeguarded using Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent mechanisms.
🔁 Changes to This List
We will update this page at least 30 days prior to onboarding any new sub-processor or making a significant change. For urgent security or compliance changes, we may update sooner and notify affected users directly.
